Ajibade Fashina
Managing Partner
Ajibade Fashina is the Managing Partner of the firm; a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), with over 29 years of professional experience in Audit and Management Consulting. He is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School. He has worked in the financial services sector as head of finance and administration. He was also a senior auditor in one of the top professional practice firms. He commenced his work career with Ernst & Young, Lagos where he gained extensive experience with responsibilities for clients in Oil and Gas, Construction, Manufacturing and Service industries. He co-founded Kreston Pedabo in 1998 and has managed various consulting projects; these include due diligence, preparation of business plans and facilitating raising of capital for specialized projects and venture capital finance. He has also been involved in establishing profit improvement strategies for trading companies; diagnostic review and restructuring of companies as well as facilitating the transformation of medium-sized enterprises.
Albert Folorunsho
Managing Consultant
Albert is the Managing Consultant of the firm which he co-founded in 1998. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), with over 29 years of professional experience in Taxation, Insolvency Practice and Management Consulting. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). He is a member of both the working group on VAIDS Implementation in Nigeria and Tax Advisory Committee to the Tax Appeal Tribunal. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and a Master of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Ibadan. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Essex, England.
He has been a lecturer in Tax Management for the past seventeen years at Wyse Associates Limited, a leading Accountancy tuition house. He also lectures Business and Advance Taxation in the same school for students preparing for the ACCA examinations. Having passed and been awarded the prestigious Advanced Diploma in International Taxation by the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) of UK, with specialization in UK taxation and European Taxation, he is an international affiliate of the CIOT, with wide ranging experience in international taxation and advisory involving cross-border structuring and transfer pricing.
He has been involved in all aspects of taxation practice varying from International Tax Advisory, Transfer Pricing Planning and Implementation, Oil and Gas Taxation Management to name a few. He has also handled several Insolvency assignments for financial institutions ranging from Debt Recovery, Liquidation and Receivership Management.
Mr. Folorunsho started his professional career as an Accountant with the National Commission for Museums & Monuments in 1988 before joining the firm of Babington Ashaye & Co. in 1992 where he gained experience spanning over 7 years as both the Head of Tax unit and the Insolvency department.
Killian Khanoba

Killian is a Senior Partner with the firm involved in service delivery to clients across a broad range of industries. He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and an Associate member of the Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). He holds an MBA degree from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.
He has over 28 years of professional experience in Taxation, Audit, and Financial Management Consulting.
He commenced his work career with the firm of Ijewere & Co, (Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Consultants), and after over a decade of progressive experience joined Pedabo as a Manager in 2009, providing services at strategic levels to companies with diverse business interests and structures. Killian has been involved in all aspects of taxation practice including International Tax Advisory, Nigerian Corporate & Personal Tax, Financial & Tax Due Diligence, Financial Reporting, as well as HR Compensation & Benefits.
Killian became a Tax Partner at the firm in 2013 and has since led several engagements for a broad range of companies cutting across real estate development and construction, manufacturing, telecommunications, trading, financial institutions, Not-for-profit and government business and partnership entities.
Kehinde Folorunsho

Kehinde is a Partner with the firm, a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a graduate of Accounting from Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State.
He commenced his career at the firm with his work experience spanning over 17 years covering areas of taxation, accounting, administration and consulting. He has been involved in many aspects of tax and accounting projects including statutory audit functions, investigation, financial due diligence, financial advisory services, corporation tax issues, acceptance certification processing, tax advisory services etc.
His accounting proficiency covers all sectors of the economy, including Banks, Securities, Oil Service, Manufacturing, Power (Energy) and Information technology.
Olubunmi Kuteyi

Olubunmi is a Partner with the firm; a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). She is a graduate of Accounting & Finance from Lagos State University.
She commenced her career with Look Consultants International, Lagos where she gained extensive experience with responsibilities for clients in Service Industries, Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Financial Services sectors. Bunmi also had a stint with O. A. Adefeso & Co (Chartered Accountants) as Audit Senior before moving to Kreston Pedabo in February 2007. Bunmi easily demonstrates her extensive experience in the provision of varied advisory services to a diverse clientele in the areas of financial advisory, corporate tax issues, acceptance certification processing and general tax compliance advisory services, cutting across the various sectors of the economy.
Peter Asemah

Peter is a Partner with the firm, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered & Certified Accountants (ACCA) and an Associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a graduate of Agriculture from Ambrose Alli University, Edo State.
He commenced his work career with Multiverse Resources Plc. where he worked as an Accounts Officer till 2009. Peter’s audit and consulting experience covers key sectors of the economy, including Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Information Technology, Power, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Professional Services Industry.
He joined Kreston Pedabo in 2010 and has been involved in many aspects of audit and accounting including statutory and private audits, investigation, financial due diligence, financial advisory services, corporate tax issues, etc.
Onyinyechi Oyeoka

Onyinyechi is a Partner with the firm. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She is a graduate of Biochemistry from the Abia State University, Uturu Abia State.
She started her professional career in Kreston Pedabo in 2006. Onyinyechi has since proven her understanding of taxation and financial management consulting, including tax advisory, personal income and corporate tax, tax audit and investigation management and capital expenditure acceptance certificates.
She has been engaged in providing services for clients in various sectors of the economy such as, banks, non-bank financial institutions, IT and telecommunications, oil and gas servicing, human resources management and manufacturing companies.
Olufemi Idowu
Partner
Olufemi is a Partner in the Firm. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Society, an international honor society for collegiate schools of business, and holds an MBA from the Lagos Business School (LBS).
He has over 16 years of experience as an accountant and tax consultant. He commenced his accounting career in 2007 at Olabisi Onabanjo University before he joined TAC Professional Services (Chartered Accountants) in 2009. At TAC, he led different teams on various statutory audits, process reviews, fraud audits, and accounting engagements.
Olufemi joined Kreston Pedabo in 2012. Since then, he has rendered tax services that cut across regulatory compliance, advisory, and audit management to clients in the Power & Natural Resources as well as Information Technology & Telecommunications industries, among others.
Peter Ogbebor

Nosa is a Partner with the firm where he leads the Assurance Advisory team. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ambrose Ali University, Edo State and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Finance option from the University of Lagos.
He has over 11 years’ experience n audit, accounting, systems process review and financial advisory.
He commenced his professional career with Abax-OOSA Professionals (Chartered Accountants) in 2008. His extensive experience includes responsibilities for clients in manufacturing, service, investment and financial sectors of the economy.
Fidelis Chukwu

Fidelis is a Partner with the firm. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He is a graduate of Management and Accounting from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the same institution.
He started his career at Ijewere & Co. in 2008 and joined the firm in 2013. He has experience in tax practice including routine tax compliance services for corporate entities, tax planning services, tax audit and advisory services.

Associate Director
Yinka is an Associate Director with the firm, a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He is a graduate of Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Finance from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State, Nigeria.
He started his professional career in Kreston Pedabo in 2006. Yinka has since acquired hands-on experience in taxation and financial management consulting, including tax advisory, personal income and corporation tax, tax audit and investigation management, tax due diligence and other specialised services.
Ifoghale Gbodume
Senior Manager
Ifoghale is a Senior Manager with the firm. He is an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
He has a cumulative work experience of over 10 years in tax and advisory services. Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, Ifoghale worked in Union Bank Nigeria and Keystone Bank Limited.
His areas of expertise are in tax planning, defining and developing tax strategies and solutions, regulatory compliance, and advisory services. He has sound experience and in-depth knowledge in these areas cutting across different sectors. He has also been involved in tax due diligence for companies facilitating the engagement through planning to finalisation.
James Itoro

Itoro is a Senior Manager with the tax advisory and regulatory services unit of the firm. He is an Associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and a Graduate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Uyo.
He is a proficient tax professional with over 10 years’ experience in tax planning, tax compliance, tax audits and tax advisory services. Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, Itoro has worked with PKF Professional Services and Sola Oyetayo & Co. (a firm of chartered accountants) in their tax departments.
He has experience in dealing with tax and regulatory issues for companies across a wide range of industries including oil and gas, power, real estate, consumer & industrial markets, financial services, and information, communication & technology, to mention a few.
Tyna Adediran
Head, Management Consulting & Business Development
Tyna Adediran is Head of Management Consulting & Business Development at Kreston Pedabo, Chair of the Global Advisory Services Group (GASG) at Kreston Global, and Member, Kreston Africa Regional Committee. She is a senior management consultant and advisory leader with over 15 years of experience driving strategy, people and process optimisation, digital transformation, AI integration, and business growth across Africa and internationally.
She holds an AI Mastery certificate from Coursiv, a Post Graduate certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, in addition to a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Benin. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and holds Fellowship of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) and the Pan-African Consultants Association (FPACA). She completed a Board Readiness Programme of the Pan-African Women’s Entrepreneurship Network (PAWEN) in 2025 and serves on a Startup board.
Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, Tyna held senior roles in real estate and hospitality development, where she led major mixed-use and hotel projects from concept through financial close, and in executive search and oil and gas business development, project management, and petrophysics — building cross-sector expertise in stakeholder engagement, transaction structuring, and commercial strategy.
At Kreston Pedabo, she built and leads a multidisciplinary consulting practice spanning AI Strategy, Process Engineering, ESG & Sustainability, Enterprise Risk Management, Operations and HR Consulting. She serves as Client Development Sponsor and Client Delivery Lead on complex mandates for C-suite and Board-level clients across multiple sectors. As Chair of the GASG at Kreston Global, she drives the network’s two-year advisory growth agenda, champions Africa’s integration into cross-border client engagements, and leads capability development for advisory practices across multiple regions.
Beyond client delivery, Tyna has an established voice on management consulting, artificial intelligence, and sustainable development in Africa. She is actively engaged in thought leadership, speaking engagements, and capacity building initiatives that advance Kreston’s advisory brand globally. She is a published writer on strategy, AI, ESG, and organisational transformation, with multiple thought leadership articles to her credit.
Adeboye Sanyaolu
Senior Manager
Adeboye is a Senior Manager with the Tax Practice of the firm. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State – Nigeria.
He has over 10 years of experience in accounting and tax consultation, further to commencing his professional career with AAC Professionals as an Auditor.
He joined Kreston Pedabo in 2014 and has over time, developed expertise in audit, accounting, and tax compliance, with which he provides services primarily to clients in the financial services sector.
Victor Lawson
Senior Manager
Victor is a Senior Manager with the firm as the Technology DevOps Manager and IT Head. He is a member of the Nigeria Computer Society, holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Information Technology from the Lagos State University and the University of Lagos, respectively.
He is a seasoned technology professional with over 13 years of experience in Service Management, Process Optimisation, Product Management, Quality Assurance and System Reliability. Victor commenced his professional career with Unified Payments, where he developed a foundational expertise in digital transaction systems in the fintech space. He further transitioned into the core banking sector, joining Fidelity Bank, where he played a pivotal role in maintaining high-availability banking infrastructure and optimising deployment pipelines. His technical proficiency cuts across the Financial Services and Financial Technology sectors.
Before joining Kreston Pedabo, Victor worked with ChamsSwitch, a subsidiary of Chams HoldCo, where he garnered extensive experience in the fintech space, managing secure payment gateways and complex DevOps architecture.
Obiageli Arisa

Obiageli is a Senior Manager in the firm. She is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a graduate of Applied Accounting from the Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom (UK).
She is a tax consultant with about a decade of experience in tax management, tax advisory, tax computation, tax planning, tax audit & investigation, and financial management. She has been able to add value to the client’s bottom line in tax management and advisory in several industries/sectors spanning across the financial services industry, power, oil and gas, technology, telecommunication, real estate, industrial & consumer market, and education.
She started her career in Kreston Pedabo in 2011 and has grown over the years to become a specialized tax consultant in the Financial Services Industry offering best-in-class tax services to clients in the Commercial banking, Insurance, Investment banking, Stockbroking, Capital Markets, and Asset Management.
Oluwasanmi Afolayan

Oluwasanmi is a Senior Manager in the Tax Advisory and Transfer Pricing Practice of Kreston Pedabo. She is a legal practitioner and certified tax professional with over a decade of experience spanning tax advisory, transfer pricing, regulatory compliance, corporate advisory, and tax policy matters in Nigeria.
She obtained her degree from Babcock University and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and also holds membership of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN).
Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, Oluwasanmi worked with a leading Nigerian law firm where she advised clients on a broad range of legal, regulatory, and commercial transactions across multiple sectors.
At Kreston Pedabo, she leads engagements relating to tax advisory, transaction structuring, tax and legal due diligence, and regulatory compliance for clients operating across the financial services, oil and gas, fintech, manufacturing, and other key sectors of the economy. She has advised on several high-value and complex transactions involving both local and multinational businesses.
Oluwasanmi also leads the firm’s Legal and Secretarial Services Practice, where she oversees the delivery of corporate secretarial, legal due diligence, business restructuring, and insolvency-related services. Through PAL Nominees Limited, an affiliate within the Kreston Pedabo ecosystem, she serves as Company Secretary to various corporate entities and advises on corporate governance and statutory compliance matters.
Beyond client advisory work, Oluwasanmi is actively involved in professional capacity development and technical training for corporate organisations and tax authorities on emerging tax and regulatory issues. She recently served as a consultant in connection with the finalisation and enactment of the Nigerian Tax Reform Acts and has facilitated several training sessions on the implementation and practical implications of the new tax laws.
She is also a published writer on tax, legal, and insolvency matters, with several thought leadership articles to her credit.
Olaitan Adesanya

Olaitan is a Senior Manager in the Audit & Assurance practice of the firm. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), and a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). She has a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Accounting from Crawford University, Nigeria, where she graduated with a first class.
She is a seasoned professional with over 7 years’ hands-on experience in audit, assurance, and advisory services. She has led many complex audit engagements, facilitated trainings, and supported clients in their various industries, as well as attended several courses and leadership programmes both locally and internationally. Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, Olaitan worked at TAC Professional Services and United Bank for Africa Plc.

Stellamaris Iwuala

Stella is a Senior Manager with the Tax practice of the firm. She is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Abia State University, Uturu Abia State.
She is a seasoned tax specialist with 9 years’ experience in tax and regulatory compliance cutting across the Upstream, Mid, and Downstream Oil & Gas Sector, Power, Telecommunications, and ICT. She started her career in the firm and has grown her expertise in tax management, tax planning, and advisory, and has a bias for the Power & Natural Resources sector where she has garnered a wealth of experience over the years.
Omotoke Adebakin

Omotoke Adebakin is a Senior Manager with the Audit Practice of the firm. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Lagos.
She is a resourceful and highly motivated professional with excellent knowledge in audit and assurance, accounting, process review, and financial reporting, with over 10 years of experience. Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, Omotoke worked in the Consumer Goods Unit at Ernst and Young (EY).
Her experience and in-depth knowledge in audit cut across different sectors including Real Estate & Infrastructure, Consumer & Industrial Markets, Financial Services Industry, and Telecommunication & Technology Industry.
Oluwafisayo Opa-Aje

Oluwafisayo is a Senior Manager in the Audit & Assurance practice of the firm. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and a Certified expert in Oracle Database (SQL). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ajayi Crowther University.

Adewale Kayode

Adewale is a Manager with the Tax Practice of the firm. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), the Institute of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria (BRIPAN), and the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He holds a Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Accounting from Southwestern University.
He is a seasoned tax expert with over 13 years of experience in tax management, advisory, and accounting services. Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, Adewale garnered professional experience with Ijewere & Co and SIAO Partners.
As a seasoned professional, he assesses clients’ operations vis-à-vis taxation in line with global best practices and relevant provisions of the Nigerian tax laws & regulations, to determine their level of regulatory compliance and ascertain possible tax exposures, and generally, he assists in tax management and advisory. His experience cut across Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Industrial & Consumer Markets, Real Estate & Infrastructure, and Trading Sectors.
Silas Akinyemi

Silas Akinyemi is a Manager in the Tax Practice of Kreston Pedabo. He is a member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Soil Physics from Kogi State University.
Silas has over eight years of experience providing tax compliance, corporate tax, transaction tax, tax audit support, and regulatory advisory services to clients across a broad range of industries including Consumer Markets, Real Estate & Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Technology, Manufacturing, Agriculture, FMCGs and Energy & Natural Resources.
Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, he worked with an RSM correspondent firm in Nigeria, where he gained experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory engagements.
He has advised clients on a wide range of corporate tax matters including Companies Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Withholding Tax (WHT), Pay-As-You-Earn (PAYE), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Stamp Duties, transfer pricing, transaction taxes, and business transaction structuring. His experience also covers tax audits and investigations, tax dispute resolution, WHT credit recovery exercises, compensation restructuring reviews, and transaction tax advisory engagements.
