Managing Partner
Ajibade Fashina (FCA, FCTI) is the Managing Partner of the firm; a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), with over 29 years of professional experience in Audit and Management Consulting. He is also an alumnus of Lagos Business School. He has worked in the financial services sector as head of finance and administration. He was also a senior auditor in one of the top professional practice firms. He commenced his work career with Ernst & Young, Lagos where he gained extensive experience with responsibilities for clients in Oil and Gas, Construction, Manufacturing and Service industries. He co-founded Kreston Pedabo in 1998 and has managed various consulting projects; these include due diligence, preparation of business plans and facilitating raising of capital for specialized projects and venture capital finance. He has also been involved in establishing profit improvement strategies for trading companies; diagnostic review and restructuring of companies as well as facilitating the transformation of medium-sized enterprises.Albert Folorunsho

Albert (FCA, FCTI, ACIB, ADIT, MSc, LLB (Hons.) is the Managing Consultant of the firm which he co-founded in 1998. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), with over 29 years of professional experience in Taxation, Insolvency Practice and Management Consulting. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). He is a member of both the working group on VAIDS Implementation in Nigeria and Tax Advisory Committee to the Tax Appeal Tribunal. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and a Master of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Ibadan. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Essex, England.
He has been a lecturer in Tax Management for the past seventeen years at Wyse Associates Limited, a leading Accountancy tuition house. He also lectures Business and Advance Taxation in the same school for students preparing for the ACCA examinations. Having passed and been awarded the prestigious Advanced Diploma in International Taxation by the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) of UK, with specialization in UK taxation and European Taxation, he is an international affiliate of the CIOT, with wide ranging experience in international taxation and advisory involving cross-border structuring and transfer pricing.
He has been involved in all aspects of taxation practice varying from International Tax Advisory, Transfer Pricing Planning and Implementation, Oil and Gas Taxation Management to name a few. He has also handled several Insolvency assignments for financial institutions ranging from Debt Recovery, Liquidation and Receivership Management.
Mr. Folorunsho started his professional career as an Accountant with the National Commission for Museums & Monuments in 1988 before joining the firm of Babington Ashaye & Co. in 1992 where he gained experience spanning over 7 years as both the Head of Tax unit and the Insolvency department.
Killian Khanoba

Killian (FCA, FCTI, MBA) is a Partner with the firm. He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He holds an MBA degree from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma.
He has over 26 years of professional experience in Taxation, Audit and Financial Management Consulting. He commenced his work career with the firm of Ijewere & Co, (Chartered Accountants and Chartered Tax Consultants) where he rose to become manager in charge of the firm’s up-country operations with bases in Abuja and Kaduna in 2001. He was later moved to Lagos in February 2007 as Lead Consultant in charge of a group of clients operating in varied sectors of the economy. His over-a-decade sojourn at Ijewere & Co., afforded him the opportunity to provide services at strategic levels to companies with diverse business interests and structures.
Kehinde Folorunsho

Kehinde (FCA, FCTI) is a Partner with the firm, a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a graduate of Accounting from Babcock University, Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State.
He commenced his career at the firm with his work experience spanning over 17 years covering areas of taxation, accounting, administration and consulting. He has been involved in many aspects of tax and accounting projects including statutory audit functions, investigation, financial due diligence, financial advisory services, corporation tax issues, acceptance certification processing, tax advisory services etc.
His accounting proficiency covers all sectors of the economy, including Banks, Securities, Oil Service, Manufacturing, Power (Energy) and Information technology.
Olubunmi Kuteyi

Olubunmi (FCA, FCTI) is a Partner with the firm; a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). She is a graduate of Accounting & Finance from Lagos State University.
She commenced her career with Look Consultants International, Lagos where she gained extensive experience with responsibilities for clients in Service Industries, Construction, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Financial Services sectors. Bunmi also had a stint with O. A. Adefeso & Co (Chartered Accountants) as Audit Senior before moving to Kreston Pedabo in February 2007. Bunmi easily demonstrates her extensive experience in the provision of varied advisory services to a diverse clientele in the areas of financial advisory, corporate tax issues, acceptance certification processing and general tax compliance advisory services, cutting across the various sectors of the economy.

He commenced his work career with Multiverse Resources Plc. where he worked as an Accounts Officer till 2009. Peter’s audit and consulting experience covers key sectors of the economy, including Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Information Technology, Power, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Professional Services Industry.

Onyinyechi Oyeoka

Onyinyechi (FCCA, ACA) is a Partner with the firm. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She is a graduate of Biochemistry from the Abia State University, Uturu Abia State.
She started her professional career in Kreston Pedabo in 2006. Onyinyechi has since proven her understanding of taxation and financial management consulting, including tax advisory, personal income and corporate tax, tax audit and investigation management and capital expenditure acceptance certificates.
She has been engaged in providing services for clients in various sectors of the economy such as, banks, non-bank financial institutions, IT and telecommunications, oil and gas servicing, human resources management and manufacturing companies.
Olufemi Idowu

Olufemi(FCA, ACTI, MBA) is a Partner in the Firm. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Society, an international honor society for collegiate schools of business, and holds an MBA from the Lagos Business School (LBS).
He has over 14 years of experience as an accountant and tax consultant. He commenced his accounting career in 2007 at Olabisi Onabanjo University before he joined TAC Professional Services (Chartered Accountants) in 2009. At TAC, he led different teams on various statutory audits, process reviews, fraud audits, and accounting engagements.
Olufemi joined Kreston Pedabo in 2012. Since then, he has rendered tax services that cut across regulatory compliance, advisory, and audit management to clients in the Power & Natural Resources as well as Information Technology & Telecommunications industries, among others.
Peter Ogbebor

Nosa (ACA, MBA) is a Partner with the firm where he leads the Assurance Advisory team. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ambrose Ali University, Edo State and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Finance option from the University of Lagos.
He has over 11 years’ experience n audit, accounting, systems process review and financial advisory.
He commenced his professional career with Abax-OOSA Professionals (Chartered Accountants) in 2008. His extensive experience includes responsibilities for clients in manufacturing, service, investment and financial sectors of the economy.

Fidelis (FCA, ACA, ACTI, MNIM, MBA) is a Partner with the firm. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He is a graduate of Management and Accounting from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the same institution.
He started his career at Ijewere & Co. in 2008 and joined the firm in 2013. He has experience in tax practice including routine tax compliance services for corporate entities, tax planning services, tax audit and advisory services.

Yinka (ACA, ACTI, MNIM, MBA) is an Associate Director with the firm, an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He is a graduate of Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Finance from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State, Nigeria.
He started his professional career in Kreston Pedabo in 2006. Yinka has since acquired hands-on experience in taxation and financial management consulting, including tax advisory, personal income and corporation tax, tax audit and investigation management, tax due diligence and other specialized services such as pioneer status incentive, capital expenditure acceptance certificate, PENCOM, NSITF and ITF compliance audits, and certification engagements.
Yinka has been engaged in providing services for clients in various sectors of the economy such as, banks and non-bank financial institutions, Information Technology and Telecommunications, Power and Natural resources, Real Estate & Infrastructure, as well as Industrial & Consumer & Markets.
Ifoghale Gbodume

Ifoghale (ACA, ACTI) is a Senior Manager with the firm. He is an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
He has a cumulative work experience of over 10 years in tax and advisory services. Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, Ifoghale worked in Union Bank Nigeria and Keystone Bank Limited.
His areas of expertise are in tax planning, defining and developing tax strategies and solutions, regulatory compliance, and advisory services. He has sound experience and in-depth knowledge in these areas cutting across different sectors. He has also been involved in tax due diligence for companies facilitating the engagement through planning to finalisation.
Adeyemi Afolabi-Smith

Adeyemi (FCA, ACA, ACTI, ACFE, FIMC, CMC, MBA) is a Senior Manager with the Tax Practice of the firm. He is a Certified Management Consultant and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) as well as an Associate of various bodies such as the Association of Accounting Technicians West Africa, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), Institute of Debt Recovery Practitioners of Nigeria (IDRPN), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lagos State University, an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
He is a seasoned tax expert with over 9 years’ experience in tax, compliance, and advisory services. Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, Adeyemi worked in the Global Compliance and Reporting Unit at Ernst and Young (EY). He has also trained and worked extensively with the Nigerian tax authorities to develop their capabilities to align with current global practices.
His experience and in-depth knowledge in tax planning, defining, and developing tax strategies and solutions, regulatory compliance, and advisory services cuts across different sectors including Real Estate & Infrastructure, Consumer & Industrial Markets, Financial Services Industry and Telecommunication & Technology Industry.
James Itoro

Itoro (ACA, ACTI, MNIM) is a Senior Manager with the tax advisory and regulatory services unit of the firm. He is an Associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and a Graduate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Uyo.
He is a proficient tax professional with over 10 years’ experience in tax planning, tax compliance, tax audits and tax advisory services. Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, Itoro has worked with PKF Professional Services and Sola Oyetayo & Co. (a firm of chartered accountants) in their tax departments.
He has experience in dealing with tax and regulatory issues for companies across a wide range of industries including oil and gas, power, real estate, consumer & industrial markets, financial services, and information, communication & technology, to mention a few.
James Oni

James (FCA, AAT, ACA, ACTI) is a Manager with the firm. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), as well as the Association of Accounting Technicians of West Africa (AATWA).
He has a cumulative work experience of over 13 years in tax and advisory services cutting across oil & gas, financial services, and manufacturing sectors, amongst others.
Tyna Adediran

Tyna (FIMC, CMC, MBA) is a Manager with the firm where she heads the business development unit as well as the management consulting practice. She is a Certified Management Consultant and a Fellow of both the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and the PanAfrican Consultants Association (PACA). She holds a BSc in Geology from the University of Benin and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Wales.
Tyna has over 12 years’ multisectoral experience spanning financial services, real estate & hospitality, consumer markets, oil & gas, and professional services, some of which she has driven PPP projects with the Public Sector.
Her areas of expertise include management consulting – business analysis, process design, strategy planning & execution, project feasibility, impact assessment and HR consulting – as well as project management delivery and implementation support. She is a resourceful business analyst, project manager, and strategy consultant.
Adeboye Sanyaolu

Adeboye (FCA, ACA, MBA, DipIFR) is a Manager with the Tax Practice of the firm. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State – Nigeria.
He has over 10 years of experience in accounting and tax consultation, further to commencing his professional career with AAC Professionals as an Auditor.
He joined Kreston Pedabo in 2014 and has over time, developed expertise in audit, accounting, and tax compliance, with which he provides services primarily to clients in the financial services sector.

She is a tax consultant with about a decade of experience in tax management, tax advisory, tax computation, tax planning, tax audit & investigation, and financial management. She has been able to add value to the client’s bottom line in tax management and advisory in several industries/sectors spanning across the financial services industry, power, oil and gas, technology, telecommunication, real estate, industrial & consumer market, and education.
She started her career in Kreston Pedabo in 2011 and has grown over the years to become a specialized tax consultant in the Financial Services Industry offering best-in-class tax services to clients in the Commercial banking, Insurance, Investment banking, Stockbroking, Capital Markets, and Asset Management.
Emmanuel Abegunde
Head, Human Resources & Administration
Emmanuel (PHRi, MBA) is the Head of Human Resources and Administration and serves in the HR Consulting domain of the management consulting practice at Kreston Pedabo. He holds an Inbound Marketing Certification from Hubspot Academy and PHRi certification with the Globally recognised HR Certification Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and an MBA degree from Nexford University, with specialisation in E-Commerce.
He has a total of 9 years’ experience, spanning the Consulting, Fintech and EPCI industries where he has been pivotal to the success of several projects including Change Management, Digital Transformation, People Transformation, Performance Engineering and Talent Management.
Emmanuel has adept skills in HR Strategy, talent acquisition & development, budget and planning, compensations and benefits, research and data analytics.
Oluwasanmi Ogunsanwo

Oluwasanmi (LL.B, B.L, ACTI) is a Manager with the firm’s Tax Practice. She holds a Law degree from Babcock University and is called to the Nigerian Bar, as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), as well as the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN).
She has a cumulative work experience of 8 years spanning legal, regulatory compliance and tax advisory services. Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, Oluwasanmi worked at a leading law firm in Nigeria, where she was part of the Advisory Practice Group, with focus on delivering general legal, regulatory and deal advisory services to a wide range of clientele.
At Kreston Pedabo, Oluwasanmi acts as the Manager responsible for providing tax advisory services to clients across various sectors including Financial Services Industry, Consumer & Industrial Markets, Telecommunications, Real Estate, and so on. She also heads the Legal & Secretarial Services Practice of the firm where she oversees the provision of corporate secretarial, legal
due diligence and insolvency services to clients.
In addition to these roles, Oluwasanmi often assists clients with tax management and planning; tax compliance; and represents them in tax audits. She also provides training services to both clients and the Nigerian tax authorities on different areas of the tax law to ensure continuous learning and development.
Olaitan Adesanya

Olaitan (ACA) is a Manager in the Audit & Assurance practice of the firm. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), and a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). She has a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Accounting from Crawford University, Nigeria, where she graduated with a first class.
She is a seasoned professional with over 7 years’ hands-on experience in audit, assurance, and advisory services. She has led many complex audit engagements, facilitated trainings, and supported clients in their various industries, as well as attended several courses and leadership programmes both locally and internationally. Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, Olaitan worked at TAC Professional Services and United Bank for Africa Plc.

Jesuloluwa (ACA, MFin) is a Manager within the Assurance Advisory practice of the firm. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She holds a Master of Finance (MFin) degree from University of Glasgow, UK and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Covenant University, Ogun State, Nigeria.
She is a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining Kreston Pedabo, Jesuloluwa held positions at Meristem Securities Limited and HealthPlus Pharmacy.
Jesuloluwa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, having honed her skills across various financial disciplines including, financial analysis and reporting,, internal controls assessment, risk management, accounting software implementation, investment advisory, accounting advisory services, and project management. Throughout her career, she has applied these skills across industries, including Power & Natural Resources, Financial Services, Information Technology & Telecommunication, and the Pharmaceutical sub-sector.
She is adept at working collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to fast-paced, demanding situations and providing insightful and actionable advice to clients.

Stella (ACCA) is a Manager with the Tax practice of the firm. She is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Abia State University, Uturu Abia State.
She is a seasoned tax specialist with 9 years’ experience in tax and regulatory compliance cutting across the Upstream, Mid, and Downstream Oil & Gas Sector, Power, Telecommunications, and ICT. She started her career in the firm and has grown her expertise in tax management, tax planning, and advisory, and has a bias for the Power & Natural Resources sector where she has garnered a wealth of experience over the years.
Adewale Kayode

Adewale (ACA, ACTI, ANIM, ABRIPAN) is a Manager with the Tax Practice of the firm. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), the Institute of Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria (BRIPAN), and the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He holds a Bachelor’s degree (Honours) in Accounting from Southwestern University.
He is a seasoned tax expert with over 13 years of experience in tax management, advisory, and accounting services. Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, Adewale garnered professional experience with Ijewere & Co and SIAO Partners.
As a seasoned professional, he assesses clients’ operations vis-à -vis taxation in line with global best practices and relevant provisions of the Nigerian tax laws & regulations, to determine their level of regulatory compliance and ascertain possible tax exposures, and generally, he assists in tax management and advisory. His experience cut across Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Industrial & Consumer Markets, Real Estate & Infrastructure, and Trading Sectors.
Omotoke Adebakin

Omotoke (ACA) is a Manager with the Audit & Assurance Practice of the firm. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
She is a seasoned Auditor with over 10 years of experience. Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, Omotoke worked in the Consumer Audit unit at Ernst and Young (EY).
She is a resourceful and highly motivated professional with excellent knowledge in audit and assurance, accounting, process review, and financial reporting. Her experience in assurance cuts across various industries including Real Estate, Financial Services, Telecommunication, Education, Consumer, and Non-profits.
Oluwafisayo Opa-Aje
