Tyna Adediran is Head of Management Consulting & Business Development at Kreston Pedabo, Chair of the Global Advisory Services Group (GASG) at Kreston Global, and Member, Kreston Africa Regional Committee. She is a senior management consultant and advisory leader with over 15 years of experience driving strategy, people and process optimisation, digital transformation, AI integration, and business growth across Africa and internationally.
She holds an AI Mastery certificate from Coursiv, a Post Graduate certificate in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Wales, Cardiff, in addition to a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Benin. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and holds Fellowship of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) and the Pan-African Consultants Association (FPACA). She completed a Board Readiness Programme of the Pan-African Women’s Entrepreneurship Network (PAWEN) in 2025 and serves on a Startup board.
Prior to joining Kreston Pedabo, Tyna held senior roles in real estate and hospitality development, where she led major mixed-use and hotel projects from concept through financial close, and in executive search and oil and gas business development, project management, and petrophysics — building cross-sector expertise in stakeholder engagement, transaction structuring, and commercial strategy.
At Kreston Pedabo, she built and leads a multidisciplinary consulting practice spanning AI Strategy, Process Engineering, ESG & Sustainability, Enterprise Risk Management, Operations and HR Consulting. She serves as Client Development Sponsor and Client Delivery Lead on complex mandates for C-suite and Board-level clients across multiple sectors. As Chair of the GASG at Kreston Global, she drives the network’s two-year advisory growth agenda, champions Africa’s integration into cross-border client engagements, and leads capability development for advisory practices across multiple regions.
Beyond client delivery, Tyna has an established voice on management consulting, artificial intelligence, and sustainable development in Africa. She is actively engaged in thought leadership, speaking engagements, and capacity building initiatives that advance Kreston’s advisory brand globally. She is a published writer on strategy, AI, ESG, and organisational transformation, with multiple thought leadership articles to her credit.
