Yinka is an Associate Director with the firm, an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He is a graduate of Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, Osun State and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Finance from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State, Nigeria.
He started his professional career in Kreston Pedabo in 2006. Yinka has since acquired hands-on experience in taxation and financial management consulting, including tax advisory, personal income and corporation tax, tax audit and investigation management, tax due diligence and other specialized services such as pioneer status incentive, capital expenditure acceptance certificate, PENCOM, NSITF and ITF compliance audits, and certification engagements.
Yinka has been engaged in providing services for clients in various sectors of the economy such as, banks and non-bank financial institutions, Information Technology and Telecommunications, Power and Natural resources, Real Estate & Infrastructure, as well as Industrial & Consumer & Markets.
