New WHT Regulations 2024: Updated Provisions and Implementation Details

In July 2024, new Withholding Tax (WHT) Regulations were issued to replace the outdated 1997 WHT Regulations. Initially, the July document was improperly published on the letterhead of the Honourable Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy. This error has now been corrected with a proper gazette publication, including slight updates to the WHT Regulations.
