Dayo Olusanya
Manager
Dayo is a Manager with the Tax Practice of the firm. He is a Fellow member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria. He holds MSc degree in Accounting from Lagos State University.
With over 11 years of experience, Dayo specializes in Tax Compliance, Transfer Pricing, and Tax Advisory. He joined Kreston Pedabo in 2023 as an Assistant Manager.
Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in Nigerian tax laws and regulations, providing tax advisory and compliance services across diverse industries, including financial services, oil & gas (downstream and services), communications, entertainment, real estate, FMCG and NGOs.
In addition to his professional practice, Dayo is passionate about education and capacity development. He prepares students for ICAN and CITN professional examinations and lectures in Financial Accounting, Financial & Corporate Reporting, Performance Management, and Taxation. He has facilitated several tax training programmes for the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), various State Internal Revenue Services, and numerous ICAN and CITN districts. He is also a regular tax facilitator at Accounting Yard.
