Emmanuel is the Head of Human Resources and Administration and serves in the HR Consulting domain of the management consulting practice at Kreston Pedabo. He holds an Inbound Marketing Certification from Hubspot Academy and PHRi certification with the Globally recognised HR Certification Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria and an MBA degree from Nexford University, with specialisation in E-Commerce.
He has a total of 9 years’ experience, spanning the Consulting, Fintech and EPCI industries where he has been pivotal to the success of several projects including Change Management, Digital Transformation, People Transformation, Performance Engineering and Talent Management.
Emmanuel has adept skills in HR Strategy, talent acquisition & development, budget and planning, compensations and benefits, research and data analytics.
